We have had a fun week learning about lots of different things and especially enjoyed our class trip on Thursday to We the curious. It is a hands on science museum in Bristol where we were able to find out how things move, change and work. We had great fun making extra large bubble and screens that went POP! We made sparks that flashed, body shape shadows with the flash of a camera, energy to power wheels and cogs and we learnt to work collaboratively to create animations and keep balls floating.
The Planetarium was especially interesting when we pretended to be in a space rocket and fly around the world and to outer space. From space we looked at our planet Earth, landed on the moon, almost got too close to the sun and spotted a bear hidden in the stars.
