Welcome to Wolves Class first blog.
This picture is the one that is up in the school and shows just what an amzing class we have.
This year our Class Teacher is Mr Parish and our Teaching Assistant is Mrs Tilsley. We are all really enjoying being year 2s and setting the example for the rest of the school.
The class room is already starting to look amazing as we have put our pictures of our class animals, our incredible wolf acrostic poems and our lovely Matisse inspired animal collages up on the wall.
We are all working really hard to keep to our class motto which is always try your best in everything that you do.
Our trip this term is to Bristol Zoo as part of our Fierce and Wild topic. We are all really looking forward to it and are hoping for the same lovely weather that we have had this week.
We went on our trip to Bristol Zoo it was an amazing experience for all of the class.
We met a lady who worked for the zoo called Amy who let us see and feel some incredible animals and told us many fascinating facts about these majestic creatures.
Everybody in Wolves class would like to say a huge thank you and give a special howl to all the adults who helped out to make this trip possible.
Please see the slideshow below that shows our work this week on Venn diagrams, sorting shapes and number bond revision.
Friday 14th October
This week we have made some amazing rain forest animal masks which we are all really looking forward to showing to people at our Fierce and Wild party on the last Friday before half term.
We also made some globes that show all of the Continents and Oceans of the World. We look forward to showing you all of this hard work as well on Friday.
