This week ended on a rather wet note, but this didn't stop the children having fun and learning. We have continued to learn more sounds (o, c, k, u and b) and have blended these sounds together to make words. Have a look at the Read, Write, Inc blog for more information! In maths the children have been learning all about '2', with Mrs Russam, our school Maths lead, coming to visit and have a chat with the children. We attended a whole school assembly to sing a BIG 'Happy Birthday' to Mrs Budge. The rain fell on Friday afternoon, but the children played and experimented together before finishing the week with a little yoga.

Monday is PE day, please come dressed ready for our session.

Wednesday is our trip to Bath - looks like it may be a little damp, so keep an eye on the forecast.
