End of Term 1 - Time flies when we are having fun!

Firstly, thank you to all who were able to attend our Parent Event this week - it was lovely to see so many of you and have the opportunity to share our learning with you.  An added bonus for us was to have the Lovely Ladybirds join us too.  A fantastic gallery of art, inspired by our trip to Westonbirt, was produced.

The Brilliant Beetles have certainly been growing their brains this term.  We finished our second topic this week and the children demonstrated their learning by producing fantastic written pieces all about the weather.  On that note - please ensure that your child has a coat with them every day when we return after half term.   

In maths, we have continued consolidating our number bond knowledge and using it to help us add and subtract numbers.  The number bonds song is still a firm favourite!
