Friday 11th February - Brilliant Bakers

This week our lovely ladybirds have been brilliant bakers! They have been making and baking English scones, Scottish Shortbread and Northern Ireland's Soda Bread. They have been using mixing, crumbling, rolling and cutting skills to make there wonderful products! The ladybirds then looked, smelt, felt and tasted their bakes before writing up their evaluations. Next week we are then making our Welsh food and we also have the cooking school coming in on Wednesday where the children will have lots of opportunity to put their skills into practice.
