Plants Everywhere!

The end of term is coming around quickly and the children continue to go from strength to strength.

We have started a new topic in Science looking at the structure of plants. We have been out and about in the school grounds looking at the different plants then bringing them back to the classroom to look at the different parts. Then we moved on to thinking about the difference between bulbs and seeds we used all of our observational skills to talk about what we discovered. We were really luck to have a visit from a gardener who told us all about her plants.

In maths we have been looking at the vocabulary of position and different turns. This has also been recapping our shape knowledge.
