Fantastic Riddle Writing

What a super week we have had again this week in Glow worms Class!

The children have now settled fully in to Year 1 and working super hard to be independent learners. They have been working on making sure they think about what they can do when they are stuck before coming and asking an adult.

In math's we have been working on counting backwards from 10 and focusing specifically on one less. In science we have been finishing our topic on the animal kingdom and are looking forward to starting our new art topic next week! I have attached some pictures of our fantastic riddles that the children wrote last week for you to see.

It was lovely to meet lots of parents this week during meet the teacher and hopefully for those parents who were unable to attend they have received the handout that was sent home on Thursday. If any information wasn't clear please do come and speak to me and I can explain further.
