Brilliant Bubbles and Tasty treats!

This week has been a super exciting week in Butterfly class beginning with our amazing parent event. THANK YOU so much for all the wonderful parents who were able to join us in creating our new recipes for sweet or savory scones. The children had lots of fun and it is so exciting to hear that the children are using their new skills in cooking to cook at home too! Thank you for sending in some pictures of their wonderful creations.  

Our tasty treats continued at the end of the week where there children were rewarded for all of their hard work with a visit to our pop up ice cream factory at break time.  They had fun adding sprinkles and sauce before eating their wonderful creations.

Our final treat was enjoying the performance by The Bubble man where he wowed the children with his bubble creations.  I t was lots of fun and loved by the all of the children. 

Thank you Butterfly class for being such a super class to teach.  You have continued to work really hard in learning your set 2 and 3 sounds and are getting much faster at reading your speedy green words.  Keep practicing over the holidays so that you don't forget all of your super learning.  Maybe you could keep a diary of all the lovely things you do in the holidays.  Remember to use capital letters to start your sentences and full stops when you finish with finger spaces between your words.  Keep practicing your skipping, a little everyday.  It is good for your heart, good for your health and you will feel successful when you master a new skill.  Have a super break. x
