Friday 12th May

What a busy week we have had in Bumblebee Class. During their math's sessions the children have focused on comparing quantities to 10 (YR) multiplication and division (Y1) and number bonds and plotting numbers on number lines (Y2). They have also focused on personal hygiene in topic and looked at how germs spread and how to wash our hands properly. The children found using glitter to show the spread of germs very exciting! In addition to this they have learnt about why Jews celebrate Hanukkah and used their bodies as percussion instruments to create music. We have also spent lots of time outdoors this week as the weather has picked up and dug for worms and looked for a range of minibeasts. Well done Bumblebees, what a super week!
