Friday 13th

This week we have started our new theme thinking about living animals. We were very lucky to have a variety of animals come and visit us so we could really look closely at them and think about what they needed to stay alive. We looked at chickens, a dog, a hamster and a tortoise. We were able to ask lots of scientific questions and think carefully about our different ideas. 

We are really looking forward to our trip on Monday and have watched a safety video to make sure we all know how to behave while we are searching for fossils. Please remember to wear a school jumper and suitable footwear. You can also take home the fossils you find so please bring a bag to take them home in. Also remember it is a later return and we wont be back in school until 4pm.
