Friday 1st April

We have had a fabulous week in Butterflies. The children have been amazing scientists and have been learning all about animals in the animal kingdom. They have learnt about what carnivores, herbivores and omnivores are. They have talked about where animals live and if they are insects, mammals, amphibians, birds, reptiles or fish. 

In maths the children have been consolidating their learning on doubles. They have also learnt what an array is and have made these practically too. 

Butterflies also enjoyed going out in the small fluffy of snow yesterday! - There are no photos as it was very brief and they were having so much fun.

We ended the week with some gem time where the children enjoyed colouring and playing in the role play.
