Glowing Glow Worms!

Wow, what a super half term we have had! 

I am so proud of you all for how well you have settled in to year 1 and for working so hard with all of your learning. We have had such a busy half term with all of our learning as well as a super trip to the sculpture park.

Thank you so much to all the parents who attended our parents event this week, it was so lovely to see so many parents joining us and celebrating your children's learning. Thank you to our super volunteers too who were happy to be drawn round. It was great to see your lovely self portraits of each other and I think the parents enjoyed it just as much as the children. 

We have got lots of exciting things planned after half term including all our learning about Isambard Brunel and our trip to SS Great Britain on the 10th of November. Of course we can't forget Christmas either, what a super time ahead!

Just a reminder to all parents, please can all children come in to school in their PE kits every Monday for our PE lessons. 

Next week, Miss McMillan will be in class on Wednesday and Miss Hyde for the rest of the week.
