Great Fire and Balloon Globes!

It is only Tuesday and already in Glow Worm class we have been really busy. The Year 1 children have had the opportunity to take part in a dance workshop pretending they were in the great fire. The scarves were wonderful to use. Whilst half the class were doing this the rest of the children were beginning to make their jam jar scenes using tissue paper and tea lights. You will be able to see the finished result when the children show you their Christmas crafts after their performance. 

The Year 2 children have been looking at different weather patterns around the world. They used balloons as their globes and had to place the continents correctly. They saw how important the equator was!
