This week in Millipedes - Term Two; Week Five
This has begun the Millipede’s exploration into Christmas.
The Millipedes have continued our exploration of Traditional tales. This week we have been reading Little Red Riding hood. We have all had great fun constructing granny house in the home corner and acting out the story, taking turns as red riding hood and the big bad wolf.
Christmas decorating and crafting took hold in the final days of this week! The room is looking so festive and I know will only continue to look better and more Christmassy as time goes on! 😊
We have started rehearsing in earnest this week! The children have been very impressive and below is a link should you wish to practice more at home.

In Read Write Inc we continued in our new groups. It have been great to work closely with a slightly different group of children from across the reception classes.

Next week, Friday the 9th, we have a school trip to the local church to sing some Christmas songs we have been practicing in school.
