Mrs Smith

This week in millipedes we have enjoyed our last week with Mrs Smith to the fullest extent! I know we all wish Mrs Smith well in her new role in family support. It has been amazing to work alongside her and we will miss her dearly.

Mrs Smith received some lovely wishes, cards and presents from children and parents so a massive thank you must go out to all of you at home! 

Together the millipedes explored the history of flight and made of amazing paper aeroplanes at the parents event on Wednesday. On Friday we finished the term with a walking trip around sunny Westbury before ending in the park!

The children are continuing in their RWI groups. Next term the children will have different groups as they move along in the program. The RWI blog is really helpful for practicing at home. Follow the link below and select your child’s group, there you should find the relevant documents for that group should you wish to continue phonics learning at home.

This has been the last week of term and the children have more than earned their half term!

Next term we will be joined by Mrs Gibbs who is joining us as our new class TA. I know she will be excellent!
