This Week in Millipedes 09.12.22

Term 2, Week Six.

This we have continued the Millipede’s exploration into Christmas.

The class room is looking so festive at the moment! The children have put their crafting skills to amazing use on making decorations for us to enjoy.

Rehearsal of our nativity has been a daily occurrence and the children have been doing so well, with an awful lot to remember 😊 Our performances are Monday morning and Tuesday afternoon, no ticket required.

The week ended with a trip to the local church to sing some Christmas songs in a beautiful environment. These are songs that the children have been learning in assemblies.

In Read Write Inc we continued in our groups, with our last full week of RWI learning before the children play season. It continues to be been great to work closely with a slightly different group of children from across the reception classes.
