Trust Exercise

This week in our life skills lesson we have been thinking about trust and how we talk to others. We thought about how the words we say can effect people. We talked about how positive words and comments can make us feel. We then took it in turns to lead our friend around an obstacle course whilst they were blind folded. We had to think carefully about what we told them and the instructions they needed to follow. It was important to encourage them well and use positive words to help them stay focused.
