Welcome Back!

It has been the most magical start to the term. It's been wonderful to welcome the children back and they have come back ready to learn. It's hard to believe that we have reached the last two terms in school.

We have started our Maths topic looking at time. It would be really helpful, if you are passing a clock to ask the children to tell you the time. We have made our own clocks and had a go at using our own clocks to put on specific times. 

In topic, we are looking at Kenya and how it differs from Westbury. We kicked off the topic looking at Google Earth and using atlases, the landscape and some of the geographical features found. Then we looked at the human and physical features and recorded these in a table. 

Next week Mrs Watts will be in class on Thursday morning and all day on Friday. Miss Griffin returns back with us after a week at university.
