Clay Explorers

This week has all been about being creative and making sculptures. We also welcomed Miss Thomas to Leopard Class. She is a student from Bath University and she will be with us until Christmas :)

Our highlights:

• Having a visit from Mrs Newbury to show us her amazing art and to talk us through how she draws and paints to create it.
• Comparing different sculptors
• Exploring clay and how it can change shape
• Using the + sign in maths and identifying numbers to and within 10. 
• Reading 'Tidy' by Emily Gravett
• Jumping, hopping, throwing and catching in PE.
